Stay strong and on course

My fellow FNMS stay strong and on course, the PLPs are up to their old tricks with lots of lies and misinformation.

We are the party of action and not the party of lip service. Please, stay on fire for OUR great party , we will win the next elections in FULL RED.

Health...

The FNM promised and the FNM delivered! As a daughter, niece, and cousin of senior citizens I am elated to know that this government has ensured that my relatives can now benefit from medication that would have been out of their reach financially.

This is truly a government that cares.

My aunt and uncle in Cat Island can now get their medication and not worry about using their pension payment to pay for it.

To the government I say on their behalf thank you.

Increased Taxes

Almost every where one can hear the noise about the recent tax increases along with negativity spoken against the FNM Government. How is it now there are complaints but when the unemployment benefit was issued there was joy & laughter? How is it now that there is anger and upset but when the Government paid those power bills there were only smiles??

Our Government can only do so much with the resources that they have. When money is spent, it must be replenished. If we are more responsible and get our personal priorities right, then our Government would not have to pay our bills. I'm not saying we dont need assistance from time to time but for me, I would rather own the lake than for someone to give me a fish or even teach me how to catch one.

The FNM Government did not down-size civil servants but instead placed a freeze on salary increases and promotions. There were complaints about that. Would persons prefer to get a promotion today and the government down-sized six months later? Be honest with your answer.

We do not know all the plans of Our Prime Minister and the FNM Government but we do know that they are working and there are plans. We may not be pleased with everything that they do but let's look at the big picture. Financial struggles are global and there is much to be done to ensure that our dollar retain its value. Help our Prime Minister and our Government by providing ideas and solutions to the problems our country face.

Condolences to The Torchbearers

On Behalf of the Cat Island people we are saddened by the loss of Torchbearer Ricardo Knowles. He was a dedicated worker and trustworthy individual. During Convention he showed that he was truly FNM. His sense of responsibility in this party was excellent! May the soul of Ricardo and the Faithful RIP
